Updated Return Policy (Final Sale for Coffee + Print-on-Demand Merch)

At Morningside Lane, we take pride in offering freshly roasted coffee and custom-designed merchandise made just for you. Because our products are produced on demand and crafted to order, all sales are final.

Coffee (Perishable Goods)

Our coffee is roasted and packaged fresh for each order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final.

If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@morningsidelane.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer store credit as appropriate.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

All merchandise—including apparel, mugs, accessories, and other branded goods—is produced through print-on-demand partners and made specifically for your order.
For this reason, all merchandise purchases are also final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly provide a replacement.

Refunds

Since all items are made-to-order, refunds are only issued in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method, and processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
